Our College magazine readers are a mixed sex group all between the ages of 16-19 who fit into the social grade of BC1C2. Most of the readers are into different types of muisic and all of the reader’s are happy, cheerful and excentric. Most of the college readers also like fashion and are interested in religion. Another question I asked the students was if they had an idol or a celebrity icon. Most of the students said they did for example, Leonardo De Caprio was mentioned and big stars like Lady Gaga and Morgan Freeman. Most of the college magazine readers also consider themselves to be successful people, with a total of four out of five people saying they do.
College magazine readership: All at college studying to become actors, instrument artificers or hopefully becoming what they want to be. They are mostly from working class backgrounds, apart from two out of the five students who come from middle class backgrounds. All of the students would be interested in reading an article about rock music and also they say that they often act upon friends or internet recommendations, showing that students can be easily influenced by the media. When the college magazine readers were asked if they believe the stuff they read in the media, for example magazines or on the television or radio, they said that they sometimes do. However one out of the five people said they didn’t believe the stuff they read.
From my questionnaire, I found out that most college students are mature and don’t mind answering personal questions about themselves and their family. Also they don’t mind telling people which class they are from.
The reason I chose the questions I did was because they weren't too personal, and they were sensible for the students at college. Some people don't like to answer questions which are personal, so asking if they minded letting us know what their parents did for a living before they told us, was sensible.

Excellent approach and conclusions, Rachael. Well done!
